    [Click to go back to Day 1 or Day 2.] Tuesday, January 2, 2018 – DAY 3 We started out the day with fresh café au lait and beignets from the famous Café Du Monde. A beignet is a French donut, served warm and COVERED in powdered sugar. Yum!
