Thanksgiving 2010

Thanksgiving 2010 @ the Oosterbaan household:

The “cool” table.

The “other cool” table.

The “cool-est” table.

The “not cool” table.

The football game.

The Mexican Train domino game.

The crossword puzzle game.

Not surprisingly, Little Lance got passed around quite a bit.

He definitely has grown since I’ve seen him last!

Cute little pumpkin.

We have many things to be thankful for. =)

The Many Faces of The Boy

The Boy is a busy little fellow, always up to something.

He has a Little Bro coming soon.  He seems happy enough about it.

Did you know The Boy can sleep on the floor just dandy in a pinch?

Or be all cozy tucked neatly into bed.  (Thanks, Daddy.)

He can be wide awake and ready to play.

He also can find all sorts of clever things.

He can look oh-so-handsome in his little striped sweater.

And can even disappear when Uncle Paul gets mean and scary.

The Boy knows how to play Rummicube with Mommy.

He even can ride the big doggy in just a diaper.

He can look suave and charming whenever is needed.

…and even debonaire, when the time so calls…

……or even intelligent, in order to charm the ladies.

Best of all, he can climb all the stairs and then go bumpity-bump.

Oh the marvelous things The Boy can do!

Here’s a slideshow for you to enjoy, full of fun, old pictures of when Paul and I were little.  You know, the kind of pictures where we’re sitting in high chairs after dinner — and half of dinner is still on our faces.  The good kind of pictures!

Commencement is tomorrow!  We are looking forward to wearing those beautiful blue robes with the funny hats.  🙂

I wish…

I wish I could have gotten this picture today…..

My hubby almost walked out the door this morning wearing two different shoes.  I shouldn’t have said anything…..  hahaha!  It was one white tennis shoe, and one black tennis shoe.
I wanted to get a picture, but he wouldn’t let me.  :]
