Kitty So Pretty

Kitty got a pedicure!

Not really.  The truth is, we came across these little plastic caps you can put on cat’s claws to prevent them from scratching up things.  Scratching isn’t a huge problem with our cats, but their little claws do snag on the curtains now and then.  These caps were cheap enough that we figured we would try them out.  They sell all different colors.  Paul wanted to order lime green, but fortunately I talked him into the clear glittery ones. 🙂

Creating Composers

This week, I held another summer camp for my piano students.  It was called, “So, You Want To Be A Composer?”  I came up with all kinds of creative ways to compose and notate compositions, and we had a fun week!  At the end of the week, I gave them each a certificate saying, “Congratulations!  You are now a composer!”  🙂
