One of Paul’s & my favorite dishes to make are tomato-cucumber sandwiches/salads. We have many variations of this dish, but it is always drizzled with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar. This version, pictured below, has mozzarella cheese and is what we ate for lunch today.
How much of a possibility is it that you’ll be making these when I come to visit?
