I haven’t posted any pictures lately, I know. I took a couple weeks off from teaching piano, and this week I’m back in the swing of things!
Paul made his famous creme brûlée for dessert for us to enjoy the other day. Is your mouth watering yet?
For Paul’s birthday, I bought him a cast iron teapot set. The cast iron keeps the tea warm for a long time and is obviously very durable. Paul has been drooling at the teapots at Teavana, so I figured this was an appropriate gift. We have been enjoying a lot of chai tea lately!
Today for Paul’s birthday, we splurged and got Chipotle for lunch. The carry out bag was of particular interest to the cats. It’s the small things in life. 🙂
Our voluminous tomato plants are finally producing tomatoes! Paul quartered some romas yesterday and put them in the dehydrator to make some sun dried tomatoes. Yum!
Poor Coda has been a bit under the weather lately. Turns out she had a fever and a virus that affects her joints. She is much better already after a few days of antibiotics. When she’s well again, I think she is going to miss being brought food and water…
Coda truly is as musical as her name.
Coda loves lapping water from the bathroom sink. It’s practically a morning ritual.
Here’s a peek at our music camp activities this week.
My Music History camp starts today! I think I’m ready for my campers to arrive!
